Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day everyone! This is my second week as a guest designer over at The Outlawz . If you love to challenge your skills, check out this great site Here.

My mother, rest in peace, was a sharp dresser. She looked great in everything especially her hats. I never could get them to look good on me. lol. I guess you have to have a certain attitude. Here's to you, Mama. Love you more...Happy Mother's Day!

I love to read your comments. Thanks for stopping by. Hope you come back soon.

xoxo,
Shirley

  3. What a lovely tribute to your mom, Shirley. I can't wear hats either, but I so admire ladies who can wear them well. We love having you as our GD at Outlawz CAS this month. Hugs.

  4. Hi Shirley, Thank you so much on your comment at the Outlawz Tutorials and on my blog. It means a lot to me.
I was scrolling through your posts. You make gorgeous cards! I love your Mother's day one. That is a fabulous image. Would you share what you used and what colors to color her skin? I am always trying to learn so I can improve in my own art work. I have never seen anyone post the colors for the darker skin tones. I have many friends who are from the islands and I try to make them good cards but I feel my skin tones are not just right, so I would appreciate your help. Edwina Brown edwina.brown@live.com
